This is true. While using a different name, address, email and different payout method, it appears he's an affiliate of ours too because I was able to cross-check some of this info you posted + some info in some of his tracking codes on that thumblogger site of his.
Don't see any chargebacks from him, but then again, not many sales in the 2.5 years he's been an affiliate either. We don't offer PPS, so maybe that's why he didn't target us much.
We also scrutinize sales from affils who are not on our "trusted" list pretty closely and super-scrutinize every single CB to determine whether it was affiliate fraud or just good ol' regular fraud.
Save for a few incidents over the years, we've done pretty well combating any affiliate fraud. So being vigilant and watchful does help a lot. That being said, it only takes one fraudulent affiliate to really mess up a program and make a negative impact on your bottom line. CBs really really suck.
