As I keep saying until I am blue in the face, I'm not giving away who will or will not be targeted. The bad guys are reading this thread.
I will say this, a site without CP and without affiliates will be targeted if it does not have adequate processes and timely takedown action implemented.
People keep focussing on the CP. It's largely co-incidental that the ones we looked at first had CP , so we used that. It was never a deliberate strategy to get attention. We have focussed as much on pirate software and porn.
