Even if megaupload returned, it'd be in minimal amounts of traffic.
Uploaders are what make a filehost big these days, megaupload has none and will have none if it reopens because it won't pay.
Pirates these days just want a quick buck, they'll use the filehost which pays most, that won't be megaupload. So nothing to worry about.
