Uploaders... uploaders not so much. Many of them are not even from the USA. LOTS of them are from China, India, and so on. However, all of this is limited to who uploaded Liberty Media's content. Not content in general. So it is possible they will nail a handful in the USA as well, but are these guys going to have MORE assets than Oron? They discovery process would have to start all over again to see who is worth going after, yet they already know Oron has 3 million in Hong Kong, and a lot more frozen in other accounts, such as Paypal, CCbill, Alert Pay, and so on.
Downloaders... well, that is another story. If the final outcome allows Liberty Media access, as it is stated in the current offers, then they can swap links and seed videos where they can track the downloaders to sue them.
Lets take this debate to a new thread. It's starting to side track AK47's original thread of slaying file lockers.
