if your looking to lower meat intake be sure to replace your iron and proteins. definitely want to be eating almonds and sunflower seeds, lots of proteins, vitamin e and magnesium all good for artery and heart health.

spinach is on my hot list right now.. you wont believe the vitamins and healing properties in this shit..
