We revshare and for reliable webmasters sending constant joins I happily host the hardcoded front ends for them = have before and will again - and I'm not talking mucho signs - a per day every day is worth my while....
It never ceases to amaze me how people in this biz seem so focussed on "who can dick who most often and the hardest"....
I would prefer to share a cold brew with a few webmasters that make money (and help me make money!!!) OFTEN than try and scam a lot.......
Might be just me, but that seems like good business....
