There are wast number of ways to do that:
- More SEO (good luck)
- Buy traffic (even more good luck converting that)
- Buy/trade relevant links
- Buy/trade links with sites that has real traffic
- Trade traffic (though I'm struggling getting anything useful out of trades tbh!)
- Submit to directories
- Submit posts to linkdumps
- Create and submit galleries that has a link back to your blog to get some spillover traffic
- Buy blog posts on other blogs.
- Post a preview of your content on forums linking back to you blog.
