But just like Fris is right in selling or giving away other people's content. File lockers have a right to operate and accept processing. Both situations have a legitimate purpose. You can't have it both ways AdultKing.

When I started in "File Lockers" 10+ years ago my service was used for business backup. At that time we made it our mantra that we respected our users privacy and at no time does any employee have access to users files. When we went public everything related to complaints was handled using scripts and content was removed immediately depending on certain criteria.
Surfers didn't give a fuck because they would just re-upload if anyone made a complaint which was rare.
Surfers loved us, we stayed under the radar and as far as I and anyone else was concerned I really had no idea what my site was really being used for.
Nobody was able to successfully sue us.
