There are many possibilities. You can promote something like T-Shirt Hell on adult sites, you can promote various mainstream lingerie sponsors on tasteful adult sites with art nudes type content, Vivid Superheroes parodies on sites geared toward a comic book person type target, other types pf parodies to relevant category specific mainstream targets, sex toys, duty free, etc.

Also note that search traffic is not the only type of traffic. As one of the other guys up above probably alluded to in some fashion, if you're trying to rank for cheap toaster ovens but put a bunch of gaping anal tranny porn, there's a chance you might not rank so well for 'cheap toaster ovens'. With that being said, if you find a way to combine the two in a unique and humorous way, there's the possibility of getting a decent amount of fresh, non-adult referral traffic which is probably more valuable than adult search traffic anyway.
