Well, I passed the expungement link on to them so they could go that route if they want.
Myself, I at least would be talking to a lawyer about it. I personally, do not think it is legal and would come under extortion, but I am not a lawyer and thats why I would talk to one before doing anything.
It is a low life shit way to do biz at best. Makes Wall street bankers look good in comparison.
