You can say "freedom of speech", but that will be up to the lawyers to show how you are not causing irreparable harm to their trademark. In the meantime, you might be hit with injunctions that prevent you from running your site. All in all... they could get very nasty very easily if they wanted.

Remind me to tell you the story of when we were sued by Nabisco for having sold only three copies of a title we did not even produce called "Whoreos" which featured a two black guys with a white girl type theme.
