Get it translated to the language the models can read.
Make sure they bring ID with their name, D.O.B., picture and signatures on. Two IDs are best. On every scene take a picture of them holding the ID's next to their face with this filling the frame. Watch out for the light reflecting into the the camera so no one can read the IDs. Also lay the IDs flat on the floor and take a close up of them.
If you want to some shoot the girls signing the MR and saying they understand what they're doing, they got paid and are happy to do the work. You should definitely do this if you do anything extreme.
The moment the work is published and the girls find it. you don't want them to come looking for you. with a BF or lawyer.
This is a business, not a game.

I might add, shoot the ID/MR process on video too, since it is easier to get a screen grab in focus (on some cameras, the LCD makes it look in focus, when it may actually be out of focus).
Also, carefully check the release to ensure that the info matches. More than once I have had a model put different info on her Model Release than was on her ID (including a different name altogether).
Additionally, if you are planning to release your content in the US, you really should have models fill-in a separate 2257 form.
