I rotate between kale and spinach. Put in about two handfuls of whichever I am using that time.
Then I add two bananas. 1/2 a large mango. 1 dragon fruit. 1/2 a red apple. And a cup of water.
Sometimes I'll toss in a few blue berries, a peach, pineapple, strawberries, or some watermelon.
I pre-cut my fruits and keep them in the freezer and use cold water. Drink it with a straw and it's a smoothie, but green.

Green Smoothies" and you will find all sorts of recipes. I've lost almost 10lbs by doing nothing to my diet except drinking 1 - 2 of these a day and I have tons of energy and am sleeping better.
