every morning i have this

1 cup oats
1 scoop protein powder (iso-100 currently)
1 small banana
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon almond butter (i make my own)
ice cubes and water
and some starbucks sugar free syrup for flavor

its thick but it keeps me full until lunch
