Just finished one for dinner 5 minutes ago:

coconut water @ 11oz.
cup and a half of frozen berries
1 banana
handful of spinach
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
pinch of stevia
scoop of vegan protein powder.

It was yummy. That's my dinner tonight.
