I love smoothies. First thing I throw in is Kale. 2 or 3 leaves (without the stems). Then a couple of bananas. A handful of blueberries. A little frozen pineapple & strawberry. A scoop of ground flaxseed, a few squirts of honey and a 16oz. bottled water (cold). That shit is the BOMB!!!
