I personally haven't bought this specific package, but I've bought others in the past (you can mail them for a good deal) and I could choose whatever I wanted, no limits.
However just a heads up, the SD quality vids aren't that great (like, 2006-2008 ish quality, not the current SD quality standard). I wouldn't know about HD as I haven't ordered that there (yet). But then again, you get what you pay for. Want great quality clips, pay more than $3 per clip
