Sometimes people have "special requests", and those requests many times include content that is not net encoded, or so specific that we have to request masters from the studios to process and encode. This can clearly cause delays.
However, with 6,808 Standard Videos online for download plus 1,850 HD Videos online for download, not to mention thousands of photosets and DVD's - 99% of customers pick from the online selection and therefore have 0 problems or issues.

Thank you so much for your response, I have one more question re: your package deals.. is ALL of the content you have for sale available to choose from for the 300 for 300 deal for instance? Or is there limited content to choose from when selecting a package?
