He's taking other companies products and selling them or giving them away to his clients with his services.
The companies he's taking the content from has expressed that this is not ok and it costs them real sales.
It's not ok to take advantage of the license in this manner.
It's gray area, unethical and Fris has admitted to the implied guilt it brings.
You obviously don't see a problem with this because you are getting something for free.
