If we take a legal standpoint, it's legal to copy , give away and resell GPL licensed software, it says so on the GPL official website and within the text of the license. Moreso, it's a condition of the license that those rights be enshrined within it.
Morally there is no issue, because it's perfectly legal and encouraged by the GPL to be able to copy, modify, resell or give away GPL software.

No we'd never do business as I make it a policy to only do business with people who have some degree of clue which clearly you don't as you have been directed to the official GPL site which clearly states the state of play yet you keep pushing your broken wheelbarrow.
