Didn't bother. What's the point of watching a "stunt" that's totally scripted with lots of safeties, and presumably being aired with a time delay of several seconds to allow cut-away in the event it had gone off script.
Furthermore, from what I read, even the width of his tight rope was doubled to improve footing and substantially reduce chance of falling. Heck, his walk was likely more akin to walking on a log across the river, which most anyone with even fair balance can do with relative ease.
With all that said, ABC got its money worth - lots of viewers and publicity to promote its other programming.
