First, you should be hiring photographers who know how to relate & build rapport with models - "especially" if they've never modeled for pictures before. Secondly, you should tell the photographers what you expect of them and then tell them how much the budget is and ask them if they can do it for that. I always appreciate when someone contacts me and spells out EXACTLY what they need and EXACTLY how much money that they have to spend.

And lastly, you MUST let the photographer know that if he/she doesn't meet your expectation and delivery good product - you're not paying for it. If you don't let them know this, you could really end up with some nasty shit.
