Lots more than her thats for sure.
-Donate $$$ to charities
-Volunteer my time once or twice a year to a local charity
-Donate food to my local food bank
-I've housed several rescue dogs until a permanent home was found
-When hiking in the National Forest I pickup trash.
-Give food to the homeless. On rare occasion $ but I don't like doing it because I dont want them to buy booze. So I'll mainly give them fastfood.
-I help the old lady in my cul-de-sac with maintence on her house
I'm sure there is more but thats just off the top of my head. I'm the type of guy that pulls over and helps someone with their flat tire.
