I agree with you, the first day I lost 12 lbs which then stabilized. What happens is once your in ketosis it really blunts your appetite. So you are taking in alot less calories I have forgotten to eat a couple times and meal times used to be a big part of my day. So if I ate 4000 to 5000 calories a day, I now avg 2400 with 5 days of cardio and weight lifting a week. The weight is going to come off. I found it funny Al Roker talked about the stomach surgery and the weight he lost and now he workouts 5-6 x times a week. I wonder if he just worked out 5-6x a week , how much weight he would lost, without the surgery.
