The support tech who responded to that could have (and should have
) been more clear. Sorry about that.
CCBill does not seem to be able to definitively tell us how they will post back sales to NATS that occur as a result of their internal cascading. So we can not guarantee how it will work if, when, and how it gets posted back to NATS. Therefore, we can not "support" it in that sense.
You're in no way forbidden from enabling CCBill's internal cascading on your account, we just can't guarantee that CCBill will post them back to us in a way that will be handled properly. If they can provide us with details on exactly how these sales would be posted back we would be more than happy to bug test & verify that everything functions properly. and officially support it.
