so far I see a lot unsatisfied customers/client of yours (just see the threads with label"CCBill) - what is your statement of non working, non functioning things in your system?
Is this issue on "local" clients, or its on EVERYBODY ?
Did any of the CCbill employees responded on some of those threads ? It's no drama as
MrDeiz wrote, but no one wants to become one.

Cause you don't see whine threads from satisfied clients
They have many, many clients so also more complaints than other payment processors.
