It's disappointing that we still see this kind of shit in 2012.
However, this man needs to own it, not cry like a fucking baby. Someone left a noose around your mirror? Well then, make sure you take the noose and put it on the mirror inside and leave it hanging. If anyone asks, tell them you plan on using it on the person who left it there in the first place.
Years ago at a college - I think in NYC - A Jewish professor came to his office and found the fucking Swastika painted on his door. Months later it was still there. He told everyone it was a constant reminder how the Germans got beat down.
