Sounds like this guy is a giant fucking pussy. YEARS of abuse? YEARS? Probably could've ended the shit talking after a couple months if he would've just stood the fuck up for himself, maybe took somebody out in the parking lot after his shift and banged it out, but noooo, then he wouldn't have been able to sue the company for 25 fucking million. 25 million awarded for getting his sensitive feelings hurt. This is how emasculated western society has become that a god damn STEELWORKER has to run to a lawyer over some name calling. Look, I don't condone racism, but that's not the way you go about things in the trades. Worst case scenario you complain to your shop steward and HE tells you to take one of them out in the parking lot. There's gotta be more to it than him just being black. Nobody liked this guy for some reason beyond his skin color; either he was annoying, or lazy, or incompetent, or all three.
Whatever. Guess he got the last laugh, anyway. Ain't making it any easier for the guys who come after him though, that's for sure.
