Day Rate billing is novice at best. From my perspective, it's a lazy way to bill. It indicates that they don't want to put the effort in to write up a full proposal or do any research to fully understand what you are asking for. It also tells me that I am not going to get the same value for my dollar that someone who did put the effort in, and did time & cost estimates along with a full scope write up is going to give me.

CAnt you read? I stated earlier 90% of my work is paid per project. I have to guestimate a time when i quote you. Those are the figures I use...If I billed daily, I would cost even more.
