Everyone has to realize that CCBILL willingly processes for these file sharing sites. The only reason they shut down processing is because of the CP references on theses sites.
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PIRACY. They clearly mentioned this. Just send a DMCA is what they say.

So the ONLY reason they took this down is because of the cp references (and ONLY because they were made public here) and they will continue to happily process for all other sites that steal content. They do not care about the webmasters that have been with them for 10+ years that struggle because their content is posted on these sites.
