Sorry, I wasn't clear.
I use cascading for type-in traffic (currently Epoch 1st) and CCBill only for the CCBill paid program (CCBill making the payments)
I've created rules so traffic reaches the appropriate cascade depending on whether it's type-in or affiliate traffic. Another feature I love with Nats.
