I currently run this setup at http://nats.cash4kicks.net and I love it!
In general the NATS cascading feature works very well for me. At the moment I do this with CCBill, Epoch and Verotel. Plus GXBill phone billing as a special separate cascade.
However, I was told by TMM that CCBill affiliates would not get credited for sales which cascaded to another processor. So at the moment I miss out on a lot of potential sales because my CCBill affiliate sales are not cascading, which is a bit of a bummer!
