I asked before about landmines and nobody seems to mind that you can't buy them or make them or bury them in your yard, lol. It seems people accept there should be some regulation, it's a matter of where to draw the line. This particular battle over cup sizes doesn't cross mine. I have said though that NYC is asking for lawsuits by exempting "diet" labeled sodas.
