I have little $30 exercise bikes plopped in front of my couch and chair. No guilt when i'm sitting anymore.
Gym is amazing for inspiration from others. Get over your fear, go! Lift to faliure always, muscles are the best way to increase your bodies calorie burning rate. Get in, warm up sets, work hard get out, 30-40 minutes, compound exercises. Start slow ffs.
Pass by the store daily get a couple fresh salads. Eat light all day, have an awesome dinner. You worked out, u deserve it.
It takes about 3 weeks to create a new habit, stick with it.
If you fall off a meal/day/week. GET THE FUCK BACK ON! It really is pretty easy, just keep trying. One day, you wake up and realize you do more healthy things than not.
