And paying more than half up front is just stupid, also inconsiderate. Its a good way to guarantee a death in your designers family, with an internet outage and a bad hard disk thrown in for good measure.
I wouldn't want all those horrible things to happen to my designer just because I paid too much upfront and they had to prioritize clients who were still dangling carrots.

Exactly. This project when 4 months, when it was orginally supposed to be 1. Jey P wasn't tied up with his emergency the entire time. Clearly a "situation".

Yes, I am learning that now. I had Czarina give me an analysis of what it would take to do what I needed finished. She said it would take a couple days at most and she knew how to do it immediately. I should also mention the same results with Zuzana as well.
