Were are the cities that are 100% black or 90% even? Can you show me those and any evidence that a riot occurred ever in those cities? Are you referring to L.A.? New Orleans was looting not rioting, and many of the people who did loot their did it to survive. I never saw or heard of black people tearing up they own shit on purpose...Now other peoples shit (arabs,koreans, and whites better be on high alert) is a different story
