It's not a matter of racism / discrimination. It's a matter of education.
If black people don't prioritize education, do you think society will be rushing out to give them jobs? Do you think it's all about "hate"? Sometimes people need to fulfill their own destiny.
If they want it, they have to reach out and make it happen.
Know what the "job interview" process is all about? Discrimination. Discrimination against stupid people. Of all races. There's an awful lot of uneducated black people out there... I'm sure it would be easy to get confused about the situation.
