Nevada, Wyoming and Delaware have no income taxes. All have a different incorporation fee. The thing to also find out does the state have any licensing fees or requirements? If you're not located there, your Registered Agent's office will be your Home Office. What licensing does that city & county have? Can make a hell of a difference.

Nevada may be great, but most incorporaters are in Las Vegas (Clark county) which has a bunch of licenses & fees.

As for taxes though, since you are an offshore corporation, and would control a US corporation, most if not all income would be considered a pass-through and not subject to US taxes. Possibly some state income tax.

There are so many variables. 50 states, thousands of counties and cities. Each with it's own rules.

State I live in has an income tax, but the legislature may have just eliminated it, if it holds up in court. Cost $95 to incorporate. The state and many local areas have no business licenses or fees. FYI standard Registered Agent fee is about $35. Every state requires one. They are they person who accepts service if you're ever served with a summons.
