Why would someone waste 2 hours to watch a version of a movie that is heavy with special effects but is still largely a roughcut when the finished product comes out in 3 days?
Do you eat your dinner before it is done cooking?
The internet is wonderful but I believe it has ruined the moviegoing experience for many people. I've known the workprint is available on Kazaa for a week but I've held off downloading it. Movies like this should be experienced on the big screen in theater Dolby sound with a big glass of cold soda and a bunch of greasy popcorn. Watching it on a computer screen is like buying the Mona Lisa and hanging it in a kid's playroom. It cheapens the experience.
Yeah, I take my movie watching pretty seriously
