Yeah, actually you're right. I can't tell you how easy it is to get something going, especially if everything is free.
Only problem is I don't have a hopping venue to check out around here and my house isn't suitable as I've got $20k in electronics that wouldn't be pretty easy to just up and walk off with. I could easily see someone parting off with my digital cameras or high end laptops.
Ultimately I'll have a main place and then a place where I work and sleep and then one where I host parties.
