Your ticket was answered, and it's been barely 1 day since you updated it, that's not considered "Super Slow". Also, your plugs were approved/rejected within 24 hours. This is a free service, and we actually pay you to use it. There are tens of thousands of webmasters using this service, and tons of tickets are created daily, and hundreds of plugs daily, and all of this is handled within 24 hours. I would say this is actually impressive, not "like super slow"
