well for a site thats "artistic" and "creative"
if the money lies in traffic, we launched 2 weeks ago and have over 5k weekly. no ads. no pop ups. nada. just plain word of mouth.
on another note, it depends what your into. i'm a firm believer that if the content is good the money will come.
im not so concerned, i eat only the best, every fucking day baby.
