If I'm not mistaken since she is a minor aren't her records sealed when she turns 18? My nephew is a little piece of garbage and was arrested at least 6 times by the time he was 17. He was told by a counselor from the state that at 18 everything is sealed so he can go into a adulthood with a clean slate.
But it could be one of those things that is different from state to state.
