Tempe improv

all ive been hearing is standup live. I guess the owner had a meltdown

TEMPE, Ariz. -- The owner and founder of the Tempe Improv has been reported missing.

Mark Wilson Anderson, 60, was reported missing by his wife on May 12.

He was last seen driving a silver Dodge Durango in San Diego, and had contact with a friend on May 15.

Anderson, who is based in Oklahoma City, may have also recently visited Texas, Nevada, and Utah.

It is believed that Anderson may need medical attention. People are asked not to approach Anderson, but instead contact authorities.

Earlier this month, Anderson announced that he was closing the Tempe Improv after more than 20 years in business.

Anderson blamed Stand Up Live, which opened in downtown Phoenix in 2011, for taking much of their business.

?All of a sudden we discovered another improv franchise had been working in conjunction with a booking agent for our club to basically put us out of business,? Anderson stated.

Tempe Improv will close its doors on June 1.

Anyone with any information about Anderson?s whereabouts is being asked to contact the Oklahoma City Police Missing Persons Unit at 405-297-1129.
