Well as title says I have a video site. Script used avs.
I need some heavy modifications on thr like credit system so users can get credit to add content on website & can upgrade themselves with those credits or they can pay as normal users to download stuff which is already built thr & couple more things.

I am looking for someone very experienced. So don't waste ur or my time plz.
