Well....age, ranking, pr, and traffic I quess. I'm no expert at determining domain values, but looking at other domains for sale, I figured the price I am asking is pretty fair. I had a couple of domains evaluated, but they came up with very high ridiculous prices that no one would pay today. Anyway, all my domains are clean and it took alot of work to bring them where they are today. Like I said, I am open to offers, but I will not give them away for nothing.
