Lets put it this way, you are four times likely to commit crime (statistically). You occupy 60% of our jails. You live in the worst neighborhoods with no desire to excel, work or change your lifestyle.
And nobody is going to shoot "lil random black kids". Don't you have enough excuses to stay the way you are already?
