Why are you even considering dealing with a company that doesn't reply to emails. Especially about 2257? Unless they have something so bloody marvelous that you can't get it anywhere else. Find a different supplier.

Aaron, very risky to go that route, best to have the documents filed away and in case of an emergency they're where the buyer can get them right away. And check them before he publishes. 2257 documents provide/cover a lot more than the law of keeping 2257.
