I've noticed too that plugs are slow to be approved, but worse yet, some of my plugs get no impressions even after a week there.

what am i missing here?

why is there no contact, icq or more personal help from plugrush? i would really like to get some more help (a lot) before i think about using it more and investing money in it, which i will, if i get some help with this issues, of course
