Putting a low opacity watermark over your ID should not be an issue at all so long as you can still see what is under it.
Kudos to all who submitted a clean ID to internet strangers who only has a known business history of selling penis pills. My email is in my sig, please send them to me too. I pinky swear I won't do anything bad with them.
